摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal microparticle, in which a metal nanoparticle having a narrow particle size can be synthesized by heating with distribution electromagnetic irradiation, in a short time, in high yield, promptly, and continuously. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the metal microparticle: a reaction solution is circulated in a circulation tube, the solution containing a precursor of the metal microparticle and a solvent of which dielectric tangent is 0.1 or larger and relaxation time is 200 picosecond or longer; the inside of the circulation tube is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave which is uniform and concentrated in a lengthwise direction of the circulation tube; the solution in the circulation tube is uniformly heated in a circulation direction; and the precursor of the metal microparticle is reduced to the circulation to produce the metal microparticle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
