The present invention relates to a solar cell structure capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell and a manufacturing method of the same. According to the present invention, the solar cell comprises: an electric polarization layer including electric polarization material configured to form a built-in electric field between two facing electrodes; or an electric polarization layer and a light absorbing layer. The electric polarization layer includes a crystal. In addition, according to the solar cell of the present invention, the crystal of the electric polarization layer comprises a micro crystal or a poly crystal and a selective orientation. |
