PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller that can overcome the limitation of space while reducing the manufacturing cost and is designed to be insulated for each channel.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: an analog digital converter for converting measurement values sent from temperature sensors into digital signals; a controller comparing the measurement values sent from the analog digital converter and a preset target value and performing PID operation; outputting means transmitting the PWM control signal sent from the controller to the outside; and input-side insulating units between the analog digital converter and the temperature sensors for insulating the temperature sensors, the input-side insulating units being connected to the temperature sensors and the controller sequentially causing the input-side insulating units to operate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
