PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible object having high shape retention property, relative to an absolute starch fiber and lipid, because in the United States and Western countries, eating of trans processed lipid such as margarine, shortening, and spread is inhibited because of risk to damaging health.SOLUTION: The edible object is formed of: an absolute starch fiber formed of fibers having length of active ingredient equal to or more than 100 μm and diameter of the fibers is equal to or less than 100 μm; and lipid immersed to the absolute starch fiber, and the edible object has high shape retention property relative to the absolute starch fiber and lipid. When protein and/or carbohydrate by 1% or more of weight of the absolute starch fiber is added, the absolute starch fiber, protein, and/or carbohydrate retain a shape of the lipid and/or cure the lipid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
