PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system and a monitor program capable of preventing erroneous detection when detecting failure.SOLUTION: The monitoring system has an acquisition section and a control section. The acquisition section acquires a piece of operation information which represents a fact that an operation device is operated from an operation device on which an operation to control a target apparatus group in a plant is made. The control section identifies a period of time in which the operation device is not operated based on the operation information acquired by the acquisition section, and controls an output section to output a piece of information for calling for attention based on the length of the identified time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
