<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer type solid electrolytic capacitor which is capable of reducing ESR and element defects, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor has a structure in which a capacitor element 110, a metal bar 120, and an electrode substrate 130 are combined. The capacitor element 110 is obtained by sequentially forming a porous sintered body 111, a dielectric layer 112, a solid electrolyte layer 113, and a cathode lead-out layer 114 and has an anode lead-out lead 115. The solid electrolyte layer 113 is formed by a photo-curing reaction using a mixture of a conductive polymer and a photocurable polymerizable liquid, thereby improving adhesion and moldability of the solid electrolyte layer 113. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
