The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus for a coke oven door using waste heat. The cleaning apparatus comprises: a cage which guides red heat coke transferred from a coke oven to a transfer car; a heat absorbing pipe which is installed at the cage and heats a coolant by absorbing heat generated from the red heat coke; a door cleaner which receives the heated coolant from the heat absorbing pipe and cleans the door by spraying the coolant to compressing side of the door of the coke oven; a supply tank which supplies the coolant to the heat absorbing pipe; and a storage tank which receives and stores the heated coolant from the heat absorbing pipe and selectively transfers water to the supply tank or to the door cleaner. The cleaning apparatus for a coke oven door in the present invention can effectively remove tar attached to the coke oven door using warm water, and can reduce energy consumption by utilizing waste heat generated from red heat coke without requiring a separate heat source in producing the warm water. |
