According to an embodiment of the present invention, a circuit comprises a first directional coupler including: a first input port; a first transmission port; a first separation port; and a first coupled port. The first directional coupler is arranged on a first substrate. The circuit also comprises: a first switch input port coupled to the first separation port; a second switch input port coupled to the first coupled port; and a first direction selection switch having a first switch output port. The first direction selection switch is arranged on the first substrate together with the directional coupler. The purpose of the present invention is to be able to monitor power of a radio frequency (RF) signal in a forward/reverse direction quantum. |
