The present invention relates to a method to inspect an object three-dimensionally based on a vision image of an object inspecting system and, more specifically, relates to a method to inspect the object three-dimensionally based on a vision image of the object inspecting system which analyzes a vision image of the object obtained by capturing the object to be inspected three-dimensionally in a unit of a predetermined region or a pixel; and then analyzes a three-dimensional shape composed of a collection of points to which radio waves radiated from an omnidirectional position to the object to be inspected three-dimensionally are sent back from the object, thereby enabling to alarm an existence of a defect in the object to be inspected. |
