摘要 The present invention relates to an infrared thermographic non-destructive inspection system and an inspection method using vibration ultrasonic waves and, more specifically, relates to the infrared thermographic non-destructive inspection system and the inspection method capable of accurately grasping existence and a location of a fine crack by suppressing heat conduction generated on a surface where a vibration ultrasonic wave vibrating unit is in contact with a specimen and conducted to the entire specimen. The infrared thermographic non-destructive inspection system to detect the fine crack included in the specimen comprises: the vibration ultrasonic wave vibrating unit applying the vibration ultrasonic waves to the specimen such that friction heat is generated in the fine crack so the fine crack is at a higher temperature than a peripheral area of the fine crack; an infrared thermographic camera photographing the temperature on a surface of the specimen to which the vibration ultrasonic waves are applied, in an image of an infrared wavelength form; a control unit analyzing temperature distribution on the specimen surface in the photographed image, and determining the highest area in an area wherein the temperature distribution on the specimen surface is uneven as a location of the fine crack when the temperature distribution of the surface is uneven; and a tube to prevent thermal conduction which cools at least a part of the specimen in order for the heat generated due to vibration and friction at a contact point of the specimen, and the vibration ultrasonic wave vibrating unit not to be conducted to the entire specimen. The tube to prevent thermal conduction can fill the inside with a coolant and has an inner side to correspond to the outer side of the specimen to be fixated to the specimen.
