The present invention relates to a system for psychotherapy by using neurofeedback of a counselee by using neurofeedback, comprising: a brainwave measuring instrument provided to a counselee for measuring brainwave of a counselee; a terminal connected to the brainwave measuring instrument for receiving brainwave information of a counselee measured by the brainwave measuring instrument through an application installed on the inside, diagnosing the brainwave information, and suggesting a training program for psychotherapy of a counselee based on the brainwave information; and a relay server in a data communication with the terminal for providing the terminal with an application and storing and managing the information processed in the terminal. The present invention produces an effect of objectively analyzing and diagnosing the state of a person′s psychology by measuring the brainwave of a human being through a brainwave measuring terminal.
