A picker for a handler of the present invention comprises a hinging member (50) including multiple first and second links (22, 24) and multiple first and second joint parts (30, 40) connecting the multiple first and second links (22, 24); multiple picker assemblies (300) connected to the hinging member (50), including a first picker (100) and a second picker (200) arranged to be separated from the first picker with a gap and moved in X direction or Y direction based on the first picker, and controlling the gap according to the movement of the hinging member; and first and second motors (60, 70) moving the multiple picker assemblies in X direction or Y direction. The purpose of the present invention is providing the picker for a handler stably picking and placing a semiconductor device. |
