PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal and photo curable coating compound, suitable for top clear coating application of a plastic molded article, excellent in appearance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, recoating property and environmental resistance, and excellent in curability during forming protective film and adhesiveness to a plastic molded article, and a coated film formation method.SOLUTION: The thermal and photo curable coating composition contains (a) a specific acrylic polyol resin, (b) a specific polyfunctional photo curable compound, (c) a specific photoinitiator and (d) a polyisocyanate compound, a mass ratio between the acryl polyol resin and the polyfunctional photo curable compound is 5/95 to 90/10 and an equivalent ratio between a hydroxyl group contained in the acryl polyol resin and an isocyanate group contained in the polyisocyanate compound (NCO/OH) is 0.5 to 1.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
