PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular display device capable of achieving display that is superb in industrial design.SOLUTION: A vehicular display device 1 includes an ornamental member 30 and virtual image generation means 20 that displays a virtual image between a driver of a vehicle and the ornamental member 30. The ornamental member 30 includes a contour variation mechanism, and the contour of the ornamental member seen by the driver continuously varies owing to the contour variation mechanism. The virtual image generation means 20 displays a virtual image so that the virtual image is superposed on the ornamental member 30 when seen by the driver, and changes the size of the virtual image along with the variation of the contour of the ornamental member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
