PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various online services on the Internet on the basis of an interactive action mechanism that develops and expands pro-consumer services by presenting results of action processing in tune with users' taste rather than service providers'.SOLUTION: A system registers a stored filter with a group constructed on a network according to the desire of a user, and the filter is shared with other users. The system automatically performs filtering with a filter and a filter group held by the other users. If there is no group on the network that the user desires, the system assists the user to construct a new group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
