PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable X-ray inspection device including two line sensors capable of obtaining accurate inspection results even when a line sensor mounting position is displaced.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device 10 comprises a conveyor unit which conveys an article, an X-ray irradiator 13, a first line sensor 14, a second line sensor 15, a detection unit 22ca, and a correction image generation unit 22d. The X-ray irradiator irradiates the article conveyed by the conveyer unit with X-rays. The first line sensor detects the X-ray transmitting the article in a low energy band. The second line sensor detects the X-ray transmitting the article in a high energy band. The detection unit detects a positional displacement in a horizontal and a vertical direction of the second line sensor with respect to the first line sensor. The correction image generation unit generates a correction second X-ray image in which a second X-ray image of the article obtained on the basis of the detection results of the second line sensor is corrected on the basis of the detection results of the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
