PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible propolis extract having improved water dispersion stability of a propolis extract extracted by using a solvent containing a hydrophilic organic solvent, and to provide a propolis-containing beverage using the same.SOLUTION: A water-dispersible propolis extract contains a propolis extract obtained by a solvent containing a hydrophilic organic solvent, and at least either of diacetyl tartaric acid glyceryl monostearate and citric acid glyceryl monostearate as an emulsifier. A propolis-containing beverage contains the water-dispersible propolis extract, and pH thereof is acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
