PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenitic heat resistant alloy member excellent in creep property even after hot plastic working.SOLUTION: There is provided an austenitic heat resistant alloy member having a chemical composition of, by mass%, C:0.01 to 0.15%, Si:1.0% or less, Mn:2.0% or less, P:0.03% or less, S:0.01% or less, Ni:30.0 to 70.0%, Cr:19.0 to 35.0%, W:3.0 to 10.0%, Ti:0.01 to 3.0%, Al: 3.0% or less, B:0.0001 to 0.01%, N:0.02% or less, O:0.01% or less, Ca:0 to 0.05%, REM:0 to 0.1%, Co:0 to 25.0%, Cu:0 to 1.0%, Mo:0 to 10.0%, V:0 to 0.5%, Nb:0 to 3.0%, Zr:0 to 0.5% and the balance Fe with impurities, a metallic structure consisting of crystal particles of which thickness center part is ASTM particle number of 4.0 or less and oxide scale mainly containing CrOformed in an inner of cracks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
