PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more optimal technique for processing a traffic situation picture.SOLUTION: The picture processing system is configured to include: a plurality of imaging devices that captures a neighbourhood of a specific location on a road; a picture processing device that synthesizes a plurality of pictures captured by the plurality of imaging devices, and generates a synthesis picture at a viewpoint having the specific location on the road seen from the sky to output the synthesis picture to a network; a server that receives the synthesis picture generated by the picture processing device via the network; and a mobile terminal that acquires the synthesis picture from the server via the network. |
