<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing valve which moves for opening and closing a valve element by moving an electromagnet, and which does not require a space for moving a conductor of the electromagnet and reduces wiring cost of the conductor. <P>SOLUTION: The opening/closing valve includes: a casing 10 having an opening part of a flow passage; the valve element 50 which opens and closes the opening part; an armature 51 connected to the valve element 50; a core 41 having an attracting surface 41a which attracts the armature 51 by electromagnetic force; an electromagnetic coil 42 which excites the core 41; and a drive means 20 which moves for advancing and retreating the core 41 toward the armature 51. The electromagnetic coil 42 is fixedly arranged and includes a through-hole in its center.
