The present invention relates to a thermoelectric generator module for increasing design freedom, which comprises a set of unit bodies as basic structures which are interposed between two heat sources and perform thermoelectric generation. The unit body (10) comprises a first electrode arranged on one heat source, a second electrode which is arranged on the other heat source and is separated from the first electrode, a first nanowire (50) which connects the first electrode and the second electrode and is made of an n-type or p-type semiconductor, and a second nanowire (60) which is made of a different type conductor or semiconductor from the first nanowire (50) and has one side connected to the first electrode and the other side connected to the second electrode of another unit body adjacent to the unit body (10).
