The present invention relates to an on-ground type charnel grave and, more specifically, relates to the charnel grave to place at least one of the ashes box including ashes in a structure such as a stone lantern standing on the ground to be completely disappeared into nature. According to the present invention, the charnel grave comprises: an on-ground type structure such as the stone lantern provided with a placement chamber to accommodate the ashes box therein; and yellow soil is inserted into the ashes box to allow complete disappearance of the ashes in a short or long term by microbiological activities, and an oxidization property of the yellow soil and ionization with ashes by natural phenomenon with moisture and solar heat. The present invention has an advantage of completely disappearing the ashes provided in the ashes box to the nature with a burial grave like appearance by the on-ground structure. In addition, the present invention solves a conventional issue of practicability of a burying area in graves, and odors from the ashes in cremation when the inside of the charnel grave is in an almost airtight state. |
