The present invention relates to a plasma torch and a toxic gas treating apparatus including the same. The toxic gas treating apparatus comprises: an electromagnetic wave generating unit for generating an electromagnetic wave; a waveguide having an electromagnetic waveguide for receiving and transferring the generated electromagnetic wave, and having a reflecting plate for reflecting the transferred electromagnetic wave to be transferred in the opposite direction; a discharge tube installed in the waveguide, and generating plasma by the electromagnetic wave transferred by the electromagnetic wave generating unit and the electromagnetic wave reflected and transferred by the reflecting plate; and a plasma torch including a length adjusting apparatus for adjusting a distance between the reflecting plate and the discharge tube, and generating constructive interference between the electromagnetic wave transferred by the electromagnetic wave generating unit and the electromagnetic wave reflected and transferred by the reflecting plate. |
