The present invention relates to fermented coffee using effective microorganisms and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to fermented coffee in which coffee is fermented by using a natural fermented liquid of wild organisms or an effective microorganism fermented liquid obtained by fermenting wild organisms using edible effective microorganisms. The fermented coffee using the fermented liquid according to the present invention has enhanced antioxidant activity, thereby manufacturing coffee containing natural antioxidants. |
