The present invention provides a connecting rod processing jig, which can be rapidly and accurately replaced in a processing device when processing various kinds of processed products having different sizes to smoothly perform small quantity batch production, thereby allowing application to a small scale processing site, and is fixedly arranged at a processing position of the processing device for processing a connecting rod having a small end part and a large end part, the small end part having a pin hole where a piston pin is inserted, and the large end part having a bearing interposed therein to be coupled to a crankshaft and allowing a cam to be coupled thereto. The connecting rod processing jig comprises a jig base plate, a replacing plate, a large end fixing member, and a support cylinder. The jig base plate includes a plate body having a plate-shape and placed on an upper part of a processing base plate arranged on the processing position of the processing device. The replacing plate is vertically and fixedly arranged on the jig base plate. The large end fixing member fixes a cap fixing member and a large end part processed product. The cap fixing member is included in the surface of the replacing plate and allows a cap processed product to form a cap. The large end part processed product forms the connecting rod separated from the cap. The support cylinder is included in the support plate vertically and is fixedly arranged on the jig base plate in parallel with the replacing plate at an interval and has a support rod reciprocally and linearly moving in the direction of the cap fixing member and in the direction of the large end fixing member to be in close contact with and fixedly support the cap processed product fixed to the cap fixing member and the large end part processed product fixed to the large end fixing member in a forward direction. |
