The present invention relates to a noncontact type power transmission device, a noncontact type power transmission and reception device, a contact-noncontact type power transmission device, and a contact-noncontact type power transmission and reception device, in which a power conversion step is simplified. The noncontact type power transmission and reception device comprises: a rectification unit which rectifies alternating current power; a power conversion unit which converts the power rectified from the rectification unit into direct current power through a single power conversion operation, and switches and transmits the direct current power; a noncontact type power transmission device which has a power transmission coil transmitting the power from the power conversion unit, to the outside by a noncontact method; a power reception coil which receives the power transmitted by the noncontact method from the noncontact type power transmission device and the power transmission coil; and a power reception device which has a charging unit converting the power from the power reception coil into charging power to charge a battery.
