The present invention relates to a method for a signal receiving device to detect a signal in a communication system supporting time division duplexing-code division multiple access (TDD-CDMA). The method includes the processes of: performing an operation action based on at least one channel impulse response about a reception signal and detecting some block diagonal matrices among the block diagonal matrices included in a diagonal matrix; detecting the remaining block diagonal matrices among the block diagonal matrices, except for the block diagonal matrices above, based on the detected block diagonal matrices; and estimating modulated symbols transmitted by a signal transmitting device from the reception signal based on the diagonal matrix. The block diagonal matrices are generated by multiplying one second matrix among second matrices included in a first matrix and a fast Fourier transform (FFT) matrix, and the first matrix is generated by applying a circulating expansion method to a fourth matrix including third matrices. The third matrices are generated for one modulation symbol among the modulation symbols and include vectors about the channelization codes used in the communication system supporting the TDD-CDMA. The vectors are generated based on one channelization code among the channelization codes and the at least one channel impulse response. |
