The present invention relates to a head band adjusting device comprising: a housing (10) which has a band penetration hole (14) and a first fixation gear (16) formed therein; a band (20) which has an adjusting slit (22), each rack (24) is formed in a lengthwise direction of the adjusting slit (22), and is inserted and arranged in the band penetration hole (14); an adjusting pinion (30) engaged with a pair of racks (24); a spline shaft (40) fixated to a front side of the adjusting pinion (30); a boss plate (50) which is penetrated by the spline shaft (40), is engaged with spline shaft (40) and has a second fixation gear (54) formed thereon; a handle (60) which is installed in the front side of the housing (10) and is engaged with the spline shaft (40); and an elastic plate (70) which is arranged between the boss plate (50) and the adjusting pinion (30). Accordingly, the band can be fastened or loosened by only changing a rotation direction of the handle, and a fixation state can be maintained when the handle is not moved. Therefore, the band can be adjusted efficiently. |
