Provided is technology, capable of generating electric energy by using driving wind of a vehicle at high efficiency, and operating an over-speeding warning lamp by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the self-powered over-speeding warning device includes: a power generation module including positive and negative charged bodies, composed of a triboelectrification material, and installed in an area of a road to generate electric energy by friction between the positive and negative charged bodies, according to the wind by the vehicle by the driving of the vehicle; and a warning lamp installed in an area of a road, and lighted by receiving the electric energy generated from the power generation module. |
