The present invention includes a method for allocating resources using satisfaction of quality of service (SoQ). The method for allocating resources using SoQ includes the steps of: identifying the service class of a WLP service set (WSS) device; calculating the SoQ according to the identified service class; setting a priority according to the calculated SoQ and a data transmission mode of the WSS device; and setting different service transmission rates for traffic streams of the WSS device according to the set priority.
