The present invention relates to a microneedle system such as a kit including a composite which has a water-soluble microneedle and purified water, and a using method thereof. According to the microneedle system, active ingredients within a microneedle are quickly discharged to shorten the time for the active ingredients to be absorbed into a skin. Moreover, using convenience is improved, and skin stimulation can be reduced to improve stability.
