This cleaning agent composition is characterized by containing the following (A) and (B) components: (A) a nonionic surfactant having a structure represented by general formula (1) on an end thereof; and (B) a chlorine agent contained in the amount of 4 wt pcnt or more (pure content) of the 100 wt pcnt of the cleaning agent composition.
