An open wall-pad comprises: a door lock controller which controls the door lock of the front door of each household and of the public entrance door; a call unit which is connected to intercoms of the front door of each household and the security office; and a communication unit, installed in an open operating system which is operated by the open wall-pad, which communicates with a home-app manager which downloads an application controlling the external home network device, installs and executes, and a gateway and a home network device. The open wall-pad is embedded in an embedded case.
