According to a hill holding fail safe control method applied to the control of a motor driven vehicle of the present invention, when a driving motor output limitation of an electric vehicle parked by brakes on a slope is conducted in a motor control unit (MCU)(60), a hill holding fail safe is conducted to prevent the electric vehicle from rolling backward by cooperation of the motor power of an electronic parking brake (EPB)(10) with braking of a brake, realized is the hill holding fail safe to prevent the vehicle from rolling backward by a sudden decrease in torque/output, in particular, realized is brake cooperation control for the hill holding fail safe in a hill holding condition with an EPB motor control, and there are no difficulties in control according to application of oil pressure where it is difficult to control reaction speeds and requested quantity. |
