The invention relates to a meal-based halva vacuum standardization realized via the canning process, with no use of chemical preservatives and in whatever packaging means suitable for foodstuff. The invention aims at the long lasting life of the precise sweet as well as at its standardization (packaging) which should facilitate the selling and export of the final product.
