The present invention relates to a silicon printing method and a 3D silicon print matter using the same. The method comprises the following steps: forming a base layer; forming a 3D print layer; forming a bonding layer; forming a print layer; forming a protection layer; and thermally treating a product in which the protection layer is formed to finish the product. Therefore, the method increases quality of the printed product.
