FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor car production. Claimed module comprises polyether air cushion and gas injector to make the gas temperature not exceeding the critical gas temperature of said polyether air cushion. The latter includes the polyether threads with 100°C Instant Thermal Stretch magnitudes over 0.5-3.0%, linear density of 200-650 dtex and in terms of the fibre linear density of 2-7 dtex, and fabric weight without coating of 150-270 g/m. Air cushion is made from nylon 6.6 threads with tensile strength of 300-400, where the amount of nylon 6.6 fibre brought to fusion point at inflation of air cushion at 1100 K, does not exceed 0.05 g.EFFECT: prevented avalanche destruction of the module thanks to combination of particular polyether fabric and gas injectors.19 cl, 6 dwg |
