FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing juice with girasol puree produced by processing ground girasol bulbs in the microwave field in two stages. At the first stage of treatment is carried out at specific power of electromagnetic field 180-300 W/dmfor 30-40 seconds, and the second stage-at specific power of electromagnetic field 360-450 W/dmfor 40-60 seconds following with mashing.
