FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for production of sugar solution, involving the filtration stage for sugar solution taken from cellulose through one or more separation diaphragms selected from a group consisting of ultrafiltration diaphragms, nanofiltration diaphragms and reverse-osmosis diaphragms. Whereupon, after filtration stage the method further includes a stage of washing separation diaphragm or diaphragms with flushing liquid at a temperature of not less than 50°C.
