What is described is a composite implant for tissue reinforcement, comprising an anisotropic surgical mesh having a greater extensibility along a first axis, and a lesser extensibility along a second axis crossing the first axis, and an orientation label written above a first primary surface of the anisotropic mesh and extended along the first axis. The implant comprises a first absorbable anti-adhesive film created above the orientation label and a first primary surface of the anisotropic mesh, and a second absorbable anti-adhesive film created above a second primary surface of a biocompatible mesh.
