The present invention relates to a method to operate a channel for preventing interference of a multichannel wireless microphone. The method can minimize interference between wireless microphones by reassigning stable channels by changing a group to which corresponding wireless microphones are assigned when interference occurs in a wireless microphone set to a specific group after preliminarily setting stable channels having no possibility of mutual interference between multiple wireless microphones by each group and moreover, can allow anyone to easily perform a channel setting with a simple manipulation.
