The present invention provides an electricity supply device (1) for a preheating and post-heating device of pipe welding, wherein a wire (L1) connected to the preheating and post-heating device (B) mounted on the welding part of a steel pipe (A) can supply electricity without being twisted. A hollow rotational shaft (3), which has forward protruding fore-end closed and a rear end opened to communicate with the inside, is configured to be rotated by a rotation-driving motor (4) in the same manner as the rotation of the steel pipe (A). Multiple sensor-connecting connectors (62) have multiple power-connecting connectors (61), in which the wires (L1) are radially combined with a rotation-guiding plate (6) at the fore-end part of the rotational shaft (3), combined with a sensor line (L2). A power lead wire (L11) and a sensor lead wire (L21) are connected to a switchboard (C) by a rotating connector (5) and a slip ring (7) respectively. Therefore, not only the wire (L1) for supplying electricity to the preheating and post-heating device (B) but also the sensor line (L2) is connected without being twisted even if the steel pipe (A) rotates due to steel pipe welding. Accordingly, a short circuit or the like can be prevented by preventing the twist of the wire (L1) and the sensor line (L2), and the problems of deterioration in appearance, malodor generation, fire occurrence, etc. by a gas torch or the like can be solved as there is no obstacle in using the preheating and post-heating device (B) composed of a ceramic heater. Also, convenience is enhanced by facilitating the wiring connection of the preheating and post-heating device (B). |
