A three-dimensional shape maintenance and deformation apparatus capable of continuously adjusting the shape of an apparatus is disclosed. The three-dimensional shape maintenance and deformation apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a casing unit which is formed of an inorganic compound capable of being repeatedly used for an engineering work and has a shape that is changed by an external force; magnetic powder which is accommodated in the casing unit, forms an inner structure of the apparatus, and has both magnetic cohesion and liquidity; and at least a core unit which is attached to the inner surface of the casing unit, and exhibits magnetic force to the magnetic powder.
