Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for protecting sensitive information. The method comprises: applying for multiple memory blocks of randomly determined lengths, each memory block being obtained by means of dynamic allocation; and associating the memory blocks by means of a noncontiguous data structure, and using multiple nodes in the data structure to save referencing information of the memory blocks respectively; and dividing a decrypted file containing sensitive information into multiple file blocks of corresponding sizes, and saving the file blocks into the memory blocks respectively. |
