PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimum combination of industry types for occupancy as tenants of a building from the viewpoint of demand power.SOLUTION: A tenant occupancy candidate extraction system includes an industry-classified demand power model generation unit 50 and an optimum model extraction unit 60. The industry-classified demand power model generation unit 50 generates the time transition model of an industry-classified demand power value for each tenant from: the time transition of a demand power value for each tenant which is calculated from the time transition of a power consumption measurement value of an electric apparatus that is provided in a building having a plurality of tenants in partitions; tenant contractor information in which a tenant number and contractor information thereof are associated with each other; and industry-classified company information. The optimum model extraction unit 60 extracts the time transition model of the industry-classified demand power value in which a peak time zone of the demand power value is contained in an off-peak time zone of the time transition of the total demand power value of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
