摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pellet which effectively progresses a pelletization reaction and can prevent ferronickel obtained after the pelletization reaction from being made smaller, when producing the ferronickel that is an iron-nickel alloy by pelletizing nickel oxide ore.SOLUTION: A method for producing a pellet is used for producing an iron-nickel alloy, and produces a pellet by agglomerating a mixture obtained by mixing a raw material containing nickel oxide ore. The method includes: at least a mixture treatment step S11 of mixing nickel oxide ore, a carbonaceous reducing agent, and iron oxide to generate a mixture; and a pellet formation step S12 of agglomerating the obtained mixture to form a pellet. In the mixing treatment step S11, a ratio of the total weight of nickel and iron occupying in the total weight of the formed pellet is 30 wt.% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
