PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for trace amounts of liquid capable of precisely flowing out the trace amounts of liquid of order of nanoliter or less.SOLUTION: A dispenser 1 for trace amounts of liquid drives a positive displacement pump 8 and makes the positive displacement pump 8 perform operation, in a cavity 24, for continuously feeding out liquid to a discharging port 27 at constant first flow rate. By this operation, a liquid branch flow 6b is formed where the liquid is continuously discharged through a liquid branch passage 10 at constant second flow rate. Thereby, from the discharging port 27 to a liquid supply passage 7, the liquid 6a of constant trace amounts of flow rate (third flow rate) is fed out and supplied to a nozzle 2. From a liquid outflow port 2b of the nozzle 2, trace amounts of liquid is continuously fed out at the constant third flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
