A purpose of the present invention is to provide: a composition for forming an organic semiconductor film, which is capable of forming an organic semiconductor film having excellent mobility and excellent driving stability; an organic semiconductor film; a method for producing an organic semiconductor film; and an organic semiconductor element. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel compound which is suitable for use as an organic semiconductor compound precursor. A composition for forming an organic semiconductor film according to the present invention contains a compound which is characterized by being represented by formula 1 and the above-described compound. In formula 1, Z represents NR1, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or a selenium atom; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group; each of X and Y independently represents a hydrogen atom or a leaving group, and at least one of X and Y is a leaving group; and each of Q1-Q4 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group, and adjacent groups among the Q1-Q4 moieties may combine together to form a ring. |
