METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYACRYLATE/AMINO-MODIFIED GRAPHENE OXIDE COMPOSITE LEATHER FINISHING AGENT BY USING ULTRASONIC-ASSISTED METHOD

A method for preparing a polyacrylate/amino-modified graphene oxide composite leather finishing agent by using an ultrasonic-assisted method. The method comprises: step 1: carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on graphene oxide, thionyl chloride, and dimethylformamide, then adding dimethylformamide, carrying out rotary evaporation till constant weight, sequentially adding triethylamine and NH3•H2O, and carrying out suction filtration and washing; adding distilled water into a flask, stirring in an ice bath, adding sodium hydroxide and bromine, stirring and then adding a product obtained by suction filtration, and carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain amino-modified graphene oxide powder; step 2: mixing deionized water, polyvinyl alcohol 400, and sodium dodecyl sulphate to uniformly dissolve them, sequentially adding methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, and hydroxyethyl acrylate, emulsifying and heating till reflux stabilization, and then dropwise adding methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, and an initiator aqueous solution that is prepared from ammonium persulfate and deionized water; after the addition is completed, heating and maintaining the temperature, cooling and discharging, so that a polyacrylate emulsion is obtained; and adjusting pH of the polyacrylate emulsion, then adding the amino-modified graphene oxide powder, stirring and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, so that the polyacrylate/amino-modified graphene oxide composite leather finishing agent is obtained.
