In the present invention, provided is a by-pass line (24) that connects the water supply outlet side of a condenser (12) and the water supply inlet side of an exhaust gas cooler (6). On the by-pass line (24) provided are a steam generation prevention pump (25) and an entrance blocking valve (26). Provided is a steam generation prevention water circulation line (27) that connects the water supply outlet side of the exhaust gas cooler (6) and the water supply inlet side of the condenser (12). An exit blocking valve (28) is provided on the steam generation prevention water circulation line (27). When a boiler water supply pump (18) is stopped due to the blockage of boiler fuel, the entrance blocking valve (26) and the exit blocking valve (28) are opened, the steam generation prevention pump (25) is started, and thereby water is caused to circulate by flowing from the by-pass line (24) to the exhaust gas cooler (6), and return to the condenser (12) via the steam generation prevention water circulation line (27). |
